In terms of Section 75 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (“the Act”) BCX has designated the Internet Service Providers’ Association (ISPA) as an agent to receive notifications of infringements as defined in Section 77 of the Act.

Our PAIA manual has been prepared in accordance with Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, Number 2 of 2000 (the “Act”) and the Protection of Personal Information Act, Act No 4 of 20131 (“PoPI”).

At BCX, we are dedicated to promoting a safe online environment for children. At a time when many children may need to do school-work from home or browse the internet for projects or entertainment, they should be free to do so in safety. By educating and empowering children and their parents, we can work together to foster healthy and secure online environments.
